Site Selection: We select our homesites by carefully examining each lot’s size, features and location within the community. We can also work with your personally or through a realtor to find a lot that best fits your needs.
Floor Plan: Once a lot has been selected, we can then choose or customize a floor plan that best fits your personal tastes and optimizes the natural light and open space of its location.
Cost Projection: With the location and design settled, we will then calculate the expected cost of your home’s construction. At this time, we can also factor in any customized features and additions that you may be interested in.
Building Contract: Before building any home, the homeowner and homebuilder must create an agreement on the specific dimensions and features of the home, as well as the construction schedule and completion date. This document protects both the homeowner and builder throughout the construction process.
Construction: Once we have begun construction, you are welcome to check in on your home’s progress. We do ask that you contact us first, to ensure someone is on site to answer any questions or concerns.
